"I like Debbie, who has been working there a long time. She is humorous, helpful, and country! Just what you need to brighten up any claim situation. ;-) Update: Since people like Debbie and the original team left, individuals like Aaron have been extremely rude and unhelpful. She can’t even explain things right when a change occurs, and she has an “oh well” type of attitude and makes it known that she doesn’t car if you drop the insurance. The only person who kind of saves things is Rachel. State Farm is already known to be hard to deal with when it comes to home owner claims. The nerve to try to be rude to a long standing customer who has house and auto insurance bundled! Definitely considering dropping.
