"Everyone, please go to this agency and ask for "Rachel Copeland." She is an awesome person! Over the past week, I have been emailing Rachel about the two cars I have with State Farm. She gave me detail instructions on how to reduce my payments. Because I was busy, I only had time to email. But this did not matter. Every time I did, she responded quickly! She was professional, informative, with great follow-up skills. I am pretty sure State Farm has to respond to many clients in a course of one day. Despite this, I always felt my particular needs were met. Now that is what I call "Great" customer service!!!! Thank you, Rachel Copeland! Please keep up the good work! You are beyond Amazing!!!! Hi Guys, me again, I've been with this State Farm office since prior to 2016, and I can honestly say they have never failed to disappoint. Every time I've reached out, this team has been courteous, prompt, and professional. Erin promptly answered the phone and thoroughly addressed all my questions, such as whether they have a physical office, if they operate five days a week, and how many staff members are in the office. Given my prior experiences, these details were important to me, and they seemed like they were good enough for my needs. "I like Debbie, who has been working there a long time. She is humorous, helpful, and country! Just what you need to brighten up any claim situation. ;-) Update: Since people like Debbie and the original team left, individuals like Aaron have been extremely rude and unhelpful. She can’t even explain things right when a change occurs, and she has an “oh well” type of attitude and makes it known that she doesn’t car if you drop the insurance. The only person who kind of saves things is Rachel. State Farm is already known to be hard to deal with when it comes to home owner claims. The nerve to try to be rude to a long standing customer who has house and auto insurance bundled! Definitely considering dropping. As a person who has lot on her plate, I would have left the moment the original team dispersed."

"I was looking for an insurance policy for my car and Troy took his time and put together a policy that works for my budget. A couple of months later I bought a new car and needed to switch my policy over to the new and Rachel got me squared away easily and fast I told her “jeez that was painless”no long wait time or anything. This office is amazing, I even received a handwritten welcome card in the mail after I first signed up with Troy. That card made me feel like I’m not just a customer and they actually care and genuinely want to help their people.
