Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, processing policy changes, and resolving billing or coverage questions.
- Support existing customers with claims, payments, and coverage updates to ensure smooth, professional services experiences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while identifying opportunities to assist with additional insurance needs.

- Must be or willing to get licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance
